Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 green peppers
  • 2 pinches red hot pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 glass water
  • 120 g fish fillet
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Butter (for cooking)
  • 1 clove garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the Tahini Sauce

    Mix tahini, lemon juice, and water with salt. Add cumin and red hot pepper. Stir until smooth.

    Sauté Aromatics

    In a pan over medium heat, fry onion and garlic until golden. Add green peppers and coriander, then stir in the tahini mixture. Boil gently, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and oil separates on the surface. Remove from heat and add walnuts. Let cool.

    Cook the Fish

    In another pan, melt butter and add garlic and rosemary. Place the fish fillet in the pan and cook until tender and lightly golden.

    Combine and Serve

    Pour the cooled tahini sauce over the cooked fish. Garnish with extra coriander or walnuts if desired. Serve warm.
